Most frequent questions and answers
We aim to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is processed (or you make the payment for your order), it is shipped within the next 24 hours. Depending on your preferable shipping method, delivery time may vary.
You can check the status of your order by clicking “Track” in the email confirming that your order has been shipped. You can also track your order by entering the Tracking Number (received on your registered email) on the “Track My Order” page.
If your order gets delayed due to some reason, we’ll notify you via email or telephone. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event that your order gets lost in the process, we’ll offer you a free reshipment. Please make sure that the shipping address you provide matches with the name listed on your mailbox.
