Our aim is to make your shopping experience as easy and stress-free as possible. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can simply place a refund request and we’ll be happy to issue you a refund or a free reshipment. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as seamless as possible. Please read our Return Policy thoroughly to check whether your order is eligible for a refund or not.

Damaged/ Defective Product Received

If you have received a damaged/ defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the item received. Our customer support team takes all the queries very seriously and it helps us to improve our quality of service.

Incorrect Product Received

Your order is eligible for a refund if the product that you have received is incorrect. 

Lost Orders

In some rare cases, if an order gets lost in transit or does not reach you for a very long time, we’ll ship it again on a high priority basis. Our customer support team will reach out to you and give timely updates on your order. If your order does not reach you within the stipulated time, we will offer you a free reshipment or refund of your order. 

Please give us 7-10 days to issue a refund for your order. 

Refund and Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email regarding the same. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been approved by our team. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
